Pretty and dainty 100% cotton, floral blouse in Evergreen Spot, a Japanes fabric of polka dots on a rich forest, evergreen shade. The whimsical design of the blouse is loose and ethereal with cinched stitching around the top of the arm and shoulder to create billowing sleeves and a clean frilliness to the front. The neckline is a round mandarin with bow tie and shirt buttons placket opening. The cuffs have a slight elastic giving a frill around the wrist. A romantic design that is so wonderfully feminine.
